Ska dom två "piggarna" på bilden(till höger) vara fjädrande?

Den nedre är det men inte den övre!

Antar att det är därför tutan är bortkopplad från ratten av förra ägern som satt en knapp på askkoppen i stället...

    Är det värt att beställa från staterna eller ska man beställa från någon här hemma typ Vp Autoparts.
