Hej!

Av nummerskylten framgår i vilken stat bilen var registrerad och du kan skriva till DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) i denna stat.

Vissa stater tar betalt för denna service och andra har slutat helt att ge ut information. Du skall också vara medveten om att du bara får den ägare

som skylten du har registrats på. Ibland följer nummerskylten bilen men inte alltid. Här i Texas förnyas skylten med nummer vart 7:e år.
