Irfanwiev är plättlätt att ändra med.

Öppna bilden med irfan och tryck sedan Ctrl + R

Ändra bredden till exempelvist 100pixlar i dialogrutan som kommer upp.

Se även till att det står 72 DPI i upplösning i samma dialogruta.

Spara sedan om i nytt namn med att trycka tangent S

Kanske får prova dig fram några gånger för rätt storlek
