Hello MustangPeeps Hope it's all right that i write in English! I've just purchased a 08 Bullitt from Germany and I hate, that there is no light in the middle tail lights like the Swedish Cars. It currently does like this: https://youtu.be/NHBBv_gR_Fg Outer: Positionsljus + Brake Middle: Blinker (LED bulb) Inner: Positionsljus + Fog light (only for left side of the car) I attached 2 pictures in the mails of the rear wires. If you need me to take more, let me know. I have also checked the SJB, and I can see, that there has been some work done there. If you want pictures from the SJB as well, let me know. My wish is to have 3 positionsljus and blinkers in the reverse light. I have seen the "konverteringsguide" that is uploaded here on the site and I understand it fully. Shall I just follow that guide? Or is my car different because it comes from Germany? Guess im just afraid to mess something up! I have also mailed Grufman, but would like to have feedback from others as well. Thanks a lot!

Sup guys. Feel like changing some fluids in the car. End of this month the car will be 3 years old. Already flushed the brake system and filled in some fresh Castrol React Performance in the brake system. I wanna change the engine coolant fluid and perhaps the intercooler as well. How much distilled water along with the yellow coolant stuff should I add in both tanks? 50/50? Regards

Hello In Copenhagen, more specifically "Sydhavn" (about 5-10min. drive from the bridge), they have a workshop called "Gör Det Själv Verkstad". There you can rent a 4-point lift or a ramp-lift for 109 danish crowns per hour. And they pretty much have every car related tools you can rent if you should be needing some. And of course you are allowed to bring your own tools, which I normally do. My question is. Is there a similar place in Skåne?? Where I can pretty much just rent a lift for some hours?? I googled, but couldnt really find anything. Someone knows? Thanks

As probably mentioned.. NEVER use a sponge/cloth or any fancy ass "bug remover-sponge" that is wrapped nets. It WILL scratch your paint. Simple spray some bug-remover (I use Meguiars Bug and tar Remover) on your car and let it sit for a while. Then just rinse it with water. Good luck

Actually.. That would be the least of my worries. I will just put the stock midpipe back on.. I just forgot I DONT HAVE ANY SIDE TURN SIGNALS! Shit..! I gotta figuire something out WITHOUT drilling. Might mount something in the side mirrors or something..

Hello Mustang guys. This May, my car will be exactly 3 years old. I assume I will get a letter for besiktning? Now the thing is, I have no cats on my car. My exhaust setup is Lethal Performance Off Road X-pipe with Pypes Bomb mufflers. Or does anyone know some people or places that can approve my car with the current setup? Or or, do I really have to install the stock mid pipe and drive to besiktning? :-(

Thanks guys... Well, the reason is. (short story) HID needs at least 5 minutes to properly warm up. Turning HID on and off will greatly reduce it's life time. Thats the reason FORD disabled this feature with HID equipped cars from the factory.

Hello again! New question! (I did try this question on american forums, but no lock) Regarding my friends 2011 GT500: He cannot pull the headlight switch out in the "p-position" - He can ONLY pull it out when it is set to normal headlight position. Meaning he can only run his fog lights while his headlights are on. He want's to drive like I do sometimes, with the orange parking lights and fog lights on only.. On mine I can easily pull the switch out towards me in "p-position" and of course the headlight position. Is that something "new" in the 2011's? Or is his car maybe wired wrong at some point in Sweden?? Is it maybe something behind the switch that is blocking this "pull out feature"? He told me, that they definitely had a hard time approving his vehicle in the besiktning when the car arrived to him. So they did mess some things up at some point in the wiring... Thanks a bunch

Okay, nevermind. After hours of search, i found out it is called: Perimeter lighting. You can look in the owners manual on how to activate/disable it. And there is a good reason why it is disabled on the HID cars from the factory. Thanks anyway.

Hello everyone. Hope it is okay i write in English. You guys have U.S cars, so you should be able to understand it First of, I joined this forum a couple of weeks ago, and I have NO IDEA why I did not join this way sooner! Absolutely great forum and great great helpful topics! I am danish, but live in Sweden and work in Denmark, so I am a member of the Danish Mustang Club - The problem is in that club, there is not much help to get, if you own a newer Mustang like I do (I have a Torch red 2010 GT500 with loads of mods). The club has like 90%-95% "older/classic mustangs" - But that doesnt make it a bad club at all. Ive got plenty of help. But this forum might suit me better. The question: I was wondering if you could turn on the headlights when you unlock the doors with the key? My friends 2010 Camaro SS do it in USA (and a whole bunch of other vehicles), and I actually saw a 2008 Mustang GT do it in Denmark (it just turned on the fog lights). My car is not my daily driver at all, I just think it is a cool feature. Right now, when I push the "unlock-button" on the key, the orange parking lights turns on, rear taillights and license plate bulbs. Is there a splicing or anything to do, so it can turn my HID headlamps on as well? And yes, I have tried turning the swich to "AUTOLAMP" and push the unlock. It is still the same. I usually drive around like this: http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w175/05mustangman/006-2.jpg I put the switch in parking light position and pull it out for the fogs - I still want to be able to do that, IF i manage to make this little feature work. I hope there is someone who can guide me, or maybe have done this.
