The John Wick movie series starring Keanu Reeves has become a fan favorite since the debut of the first film over a decade ago, as it has largely engrained itself in pop culture over the years. As such, there are plenty of collectible items related to the John Wick films that one can purchase already, including a diecast version of the 1969 Ford Mustang that appeared in the series. Now, famous custom car builder Ringbrothers has created its own John Wick-inspired 1969 Ford Mustang for the 2025 SEMA Show, too.

This custom 1969 Ford Mustang is known as "Kingpin," and it took a reported 5,500 hours to bring it to life. As we've come to expect from Ringbrothers, that job was quite extensive - in fact, the bodywork was widened by two inches up front and 3.5 inches in the rear, while the wheelbase was extended forward 1.5 inches, after which the bodywork was covered in Bootleg Black with Grab-Her Green trim. The pony car rolls on a set of HRE Vintage Series 517 wheels wrapped with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, and there are boatloads of custom carbon fiber piece throughout.

This wild machine is powered by a Wegner Motorsports 5.0L V8 Coyote engine that's been fitted with a Whipple supercharger, helping it pump out more than 800 horsepower, which flows to the rear wheels via a Bowler Transmissions Carbon Edition six-speed manual transmission. The whole thing rides on a Roadster Shop Fast Track Stage III chassis with independent front and rear suspensions and Fox RS single-adjustable coilovers, while Brembo brakes help slow things down.

Inside, one will find a custom one-off roll cage, a bevy of custom 3D-printed details, Dakota Digital gauges, a custom-made "ENYO" crushed-carbon hoop steering wheel, and a Vintage Air Gen IV Magnum climate-control system.

“The Mustang Mach 1 has always been an aggressive-looking car, and the client was adamant about creating a sinister aesthetic. We asked ourselves, ‘What would the final boss in a John Wick film drive?’ This was the result,” said Ringbrothers co-owner Jim Ring. “Everything was cued off the Mustang’s original design, but we ramped up the drama, sharpened the lines, and added a number of one-off and 3D-printed details to make it truly stand out.”
